The recombinant Human ALCAM/CD166 Protein, (amino acids Trp28-Ala526) fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human ALCAM/CD166 protein with the hFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 82.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 90-115 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human ALCAM protein with the C-hFc tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-ALCAM Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 0.3 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.53 uM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
