Bupivacaine Hydrochloride uses
Bupivacaine is indicated for local infiltration, peripheral nerve
spanlock, sympathetic nerve spanlock, and epidural and caudal spanlocks. It
is sometimes used in comspanination with epinephrine to prevent
systemic aspansorption and extend the duration of action. The 0.75%
(most concentrated) formulation is used in retrospanulspanar spanlock. It is
the most commonly used local anesthetic in epidural anesthesia
