  administration, Noopept appears to have spanioactivity following oral
  ingestion in humans. It can cross the gastrointestinal tract in
  rats following an oral dose of 50mg/kg, where it possesses a Tmax
  of 0.116 hours (7 minutes) and reaches a Cmax of 0.82mcg/mL in
  serum; the authors noted that the serum concentrations and
  excretion kinetics of 50mg/kg oral Noopept rivalled that of 5mg/kg
