Product Name :
Mouse anti Human p19 – ink4d

Description :
| Clone DCS-100 | Isotype IgG1 | Product Type Monoclonal Antibody | Units 100 µg | Host Mouse | Species Reactivity Human | Application Immunohistochemistry Immunoprecipitation Western Blotting

Background :
Immunogen: A his-tagged recombinant full length p19 protein recognizing a 19kD protein

Source :
The immunogen for the anti-h-p19 was a his-tagged recombinant full length p19 protein recognizing a 19kD protein. The p19ink4d tumor suppressor protein shows no cross reactivity with the closely related inhibitors including p16 ink4a and p15ink4b. p19nk4d is a specific inhibitor of cdk4/cdk6 and is periodically expressed during cell cycle. It is maximally induced as cells enter S phase. Synonyms: hp19; p19 ink4d; CDKN2D; Cyclin-dependent kinase 4 inhibitor D <

Antibodies are immunoglobulins secreted by effector lymphoid B cells into the bloodstream. Antibodies consist of two light peptide chains and two heavy peptide chains that are linked to each other by disulfide bonds to form a “Y” shaped structure. Both tips of the “Y” structure contain binding sites for a specific antigen. Antibodies are commonly used in medical research, pharmacological research, laboratory research, and health and epidemiological research. They play an important role in hot research areas such as targeted drug development, in vitro diagnostic assays, characterization of signaling pathways, detection of protein expression levels, and identification of candidate biomarkers.
