Product Name :
Mouse anti Human CD103, conjugated with FITC

Description :
| Clone AX.14 | Isotype IgG1 | Product Type Single-Color Reagent | Units 100 Tests | Host Mouse | Species Reactivity Human | Application Flow Cytometry

Background :

Source :
The CD103 antigen is a 160-130-105 kDa molecule which is expressed on mucosa-associated T lymphocytes and activated cells and on subset of TGF beta -1 cells. This human intra epithelial lymphocyte marker is the E integrin chain associated with the b7 subunit. CD103 antibody stains a few bone marrow cells and, rarely, peripheral blood lymphocytes. CD103 is expressed by 0.5 to 2 % of resting lymphocytes in Peripheral blood and lymphoid organs. Synonyms: CD103 FITC <

Product :
Product Form: FITC Formulation: Provided as solution in phosphate buffered saline with 0.08% sodium azide and 0.2% carrier protein Purification Method: Protein A/G Chromatography Concentration: Titered for flow cytometry

Specificity :

Applications :
PBMC: Add 10 µl of MAB/106 PBMC in 100 µl PBS. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at 2° to 8° C. Wash twice with PBS and analyze or fix with 0.5% v/v of paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze. WHOLE BLOOD: Add 10 µl of MAB/100 µl of whole blood. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at room temperature (20° C). Lyse the whole blood. Wash once with PBS and analyze or fix with 0.5% v/v of paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze. See instrument manufacturers instructions for Lysed Whole Blood and Immunofluorescence analysis with a flow cytometer or microscope. ALLOPHYCOCYANIN: (APC) conjugates are analyzed in multi-color flow cytometry with instruments equipped with a second laser and proper filters. Laser excitation is at 633 nm with a Helium Neon (HeNe) laser or a 600-640 nm (633 nm) range for a Dye laser. Peak fluorescence emission is at 660 nm. Functional Analysis: Flow Cytometry Staining

Antibodies are immunoglobulins secreted by effector lymphoid B cells into the bloodstream. Antibodies consist of two light peptide chains and two heavy peptide chains that are linked to each other by disulfide bonds to form a “Y” shaped structure. Both tips of the “Y” structure contain binding sites for a specific antigen. Antibodies are commonly used in medical research, pharmacological research, laboratory research, and health and epidemiological research. They play an important role in hot research areas such as targeted drug development, in vitro diagnostic assays, characterization of signaling pathways, detection of protein expression levels, and identification of candidate biomarkers.
